The Hartline School Preservation Association is a group of Hartline area residents and Hartline School alumni dedicated to the work of preserving, rehabilitating, and adaptively reusing the historic Hartline School. Formed in the Spring of 2009, the HSPA is a committee of the Hartline Betterment Organization, a 501(c)3 charitable organization.
The HSPA is committed to working with Grant County Port District #5, the new owner of the Hartline School, in its efforts to successfully adapt this historically significant building for multiple new uses. Preservation of our unique architectural treasure allows us to honor the dedication and vision of those who came before us, and provides a valuable resource for those who will follow in the future. This endeavor is a valuable opportunity for economic development and community revitalization in the town of Hartline.
